Never ever going back!!!! Im stone cold sober. Yes i walk like im drunk. Im handicapped. I need a high top. Can walk up steps or get out of a normal chair/booth. Hostess and manager assured me its only 1 step to get up and no i cant sit at the high tops. Really?????? Never had a problem before getn a spot at the high tops? Also what is up with they cant serve me in my state. U mean my kind! Im not drunk!!! Hadicapped but yes that u understand u say and try to put me where i cant even walk to!!! Never again. Staff was not overly friendly, food came before appetizers, had to ask for our appetizers twice before we got them.

It was the worst service I ever had! We waited for 45 min for our food! Finally we asked they said they took the food to the wrong table then we waited 10 more min for our food then that order was wrong I ordered Red Robin burger and got chicken and then finally after a hour and 15 min we got our food and the place was not even busy.
The service was slow my burger was supposed to be well done but came out rare the waitress was nice and I did tip her but not as high as you usually do like I said they kept trying to bring me out fries because our meal was taken so long to get out there and I filled up more on fries then my hamburger my wife's turkey burger though came out very well.
Horrible food , I know it was busy .. No excuse for under cooked bacon and runny eggs order was completely wrong .Not sure what happened to this Red Robin but it used to be incredible, will not go again .
