I like Burges but something bout these I do not like to much. It was little red inside
I looked forward to a burger at Red Robin ALL DAY, even understanding there would be a wait due to Veterans Day. Love the Bonzai Burger, fries, and service there! We had just put in our orders and received our drinks when the fire alarm went off. I want to commend the staff for doing a great job of getting us out of the restaurant efficiently but without inciting panic! We'll be back when everything is righted, but will miss you in the meantime!

Our experience was less than savory unfortunately was really looking forward to trying your food. My French onion soup had onion peel in it and my sandwich was over cooked as well as my husbands my baby's chicken was burnt as well.
We were told we there was a long wait but there were so many empty, then the manager came out and told the hostesses to seat us at one of the empty tables. Food was fresh, hot and delicious, all but the coleslaw was terrible, sour, and very bad tasting.
The food was very good.The waitress kept the drinks full and the food came out quick.
This place has went down hill!! Horrible management rude and no customer service!!!! We will go to Miller Lane for now on!
They got great burgers. But I can't understand why they serve frozen French fries. Why not fresh French fries.
