I'm shocked to see such negative bad reviews of this location. We have always had really great service; attentive wait-staff; and the food is always good. It's always immaculate and clean- the restrooms are always in great shape. We are regulars at this location and if anybody is familiar with any of my reviews of any restaurant, they will know that I am very picky and very critical.

What was up with all the trash on your floors saturday night? We got there about 845, not busy at all. We got a dirty plate for appetizers, food good and cooked to order, but $85 later, the 4 of us could have done better. No alcohol was purchased and 1 onion ring tower was only appetizer. And the restrooms were far from clean.
Good luck getting served at this location. 5 people get seated in the middle of the room, and sit there for 15 min. Not one single person bothered to let us know they would be right with us. So we left, as 5 people get up, not a single person bothered to stop us and try to get us to stay. I can go anywhere and get a 10 dollar burger, except here.
My boyfriend and I usually sit at the bar and always have great service! Usually, a young blond waits on us and she is always nice and welcoming. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and so delicious!! Red Robin..yuuummm
