Love the place. Friendly people, great place. Wife and I went for night out. Will go again.
My boyfriend and I went to the Red Robin in North Canton for our 3 year anniversary and it was awesome. Our waiter Brent went out of his way to make sure everything was correct and nice. I would recommend this place with the hope that someone gets to have him as their waiter :)
Wilted lettuce for the salad. Chicken when it arrived was ice cold. Server got the order wrong. Usually it's good here, but tonight it's terrible. Sitting in the restaurant writing a review shows how bad it really is.
Hello there! I was in your restaurant on Friday after Thanksgiving and my daughter may have lost her favorite security blanket there She really misses her! I was wondering if anyone turned anything in like that? It is a pink teddy security blanket that rattles and says "Thank Heavens For Little Girls" on it! If you could please get back to me and let me know if she was turned in or found there I would really appreciate it! Thanks so much!
Had the worst experience ever at your resturant in North Canton, Ohio. I had a party of 7 arrive to dine and was told that there would be a 25-30 min wait! For a Friday night at 9:30 at night that is unacceptable. We asked to speak with a manager and was told that she was trying to get people off the floor. Now, if you ask me this is VERY poor management! If I were manager I would not send someone home and take care of the 7 paying customers but maybe that's just me.
