I went to red robin and the term bottomless has a different meaning to me apparently. Went my whole meal with an empty plate next to my burger and not once was I asked if I would like more fries. For the price of these gourmet burgers one would think you would get your monies worth. Sadly you don't. I was asked if I wanted a red robin card but I doubt I will ever be back let alone 5 times in 5 weeks to warrant supplying them with everything but my social security number for their card. The pig out burger was wonderful and I love how they are conscious of people with allergies.
Horrible service and way to much money for a burger that was not even good. Will never go back.
The plan was to take the kids out to dinner so I could use my Free Birthday Burger coupon. Found a coupon in my email this morning for one of my twins.. never got one for the sibling. Asked Natasha to check to see if there was one on my card that did not get emailed? She said there was no way to tell but not to worry, she made sure both kids got their Birthday Dinner! Holly was our fabulous server! Thanks so much for going out of your way to make the kids nights and provide great customer service!
A bit on the $$ side but food and atmosphere was nice.
The worst place!! They rave about their burgers but do you know they slow cook them all day??? Don't even think about getting a burger medium rare. We didn't eat there for over a year because the last time they tried to make a burger 3 times & we got our meal free. So on Saturday we tried it again & will never eat there again. Ordered medium rare & got the bottom of a boot well done!!! The only thing good was my drink. I do not recommend at all.
