Went there during crazy peak time for Veterans day and the staff were great. Our girl bartender was awesome. She had it together despite all of the people chaos. The food was delicious. Just got a cheeseburger and fries. Yum!
sever (Logan) was on top of his game with the refills and was very polite and helpful the food was above average but the drinks were amazing overall a good night and great service
This particular Red Robin has always had the best service. On this particular visit, we sat near the bar area and we were tag-teamed by husband and wife servers. At first, we were confused when they both were filling our drinks. Then, the man explained that they were married and they just instinctively help each other out. You can't beat that kind of service! And, the burgers are just awesome.
The service was very slow. We was seated at 8:20 and didn't get our meal until 9:15. French fries cold. Forgot the slaw. So, by the time the food was straightened out it was going toward 10:00. Noting was taken off of my bill like they said it would be. I will not be going back.:(
Food was awesome, as usual. I Always get campfire sauce to dip my fries in. This is my birthday month so I was treated to a free Chili Chili Cheese Burger and splurged by adding bacon and mushrooms. The hostess/person who sat us was very friendly and our waitress Shelby was awesome. She spent extra time chatting with us and made our experience, which was already great, worth the 5 star review. We'll be back!
I like the food but the service was horrible. The waiter was barely there to get our refills. And we had to go ask someone to get our waiter. And they charge you a fee the play that computer game thing. Nobody told us about that.
The worst service I have ever had. The first and the last time we will be back.
