Went on a Sunday afternoon. Was pretty busy. There were theee of us. Seated right away at a booth. I'm a 6'3. 250 pound man. The booth wasn't suitable for me. Had to wait another 35-40 minutes for a table. The $10 A1 peppercorn burger was tasty. But not worth $10. I can get a better and bigger burger at my local diner for $6.95. Bottomless fries are an okay gimmick. But you only get like 7 actual fries at a time. My daughter got a bottomless root beer float. We were told twice another was coming to which we never received. I was there for a business meeting, and because I had a gift card. The food was very good and Emily was an excellent server. However, we needed Wi-Fi and were told there wasn't any. This seemed odd, especially since every table has a Kiosk that utilizes Wi-Fi technology.
Had a great experience at Red Robin our server Logan was so much fun, thorough and very friendly! Any one can serve a burger but not everyone has fantastic service!
We had a great experience, which is not always easy with two toddlers and a baby. Our service was great and everything was cooked to perfection. The serving size of the fries has gotten a lot smaller, but our server brought us extra before we even asked so that was awesome.
Great service, great food, and very caring! My daughter fell walking in and the manager got her some ice and made sure she was okay! Thanks again!
