Not a good or enjoyable experience. We stood in the lobby along with another couple that we did not know, and they were not happy about it either, waiting for someone to seat us. During dinner I found out that there are no refills on ginger ale. Ok... I wish the girl would have let me know there were not refills when I ordered so I could have chosen something different. Never had a bad meal there. Their food is always yummy. My favorite place
The food was wonderful but our waitress went above and beyond so friendly and attentive but as always great food
Everything "except seating organization" was perfect, our food and service was 100%
Got seated right away. Ended up leaving after 15 minutes of not being acknowledged/waited on. Hit the call server button and still nothing while people in the same section were seated and waited on. So we walked next door to BJ'S Brewhouse, sat right down and waited on 3 minutes later. They were way busier than Red Robin but can still give A+ service and great food
Wish we had one in our area. It was wonderful. Great waitress. Very nice and good prices.
Was very good. Had to wait about 20 minutes on a Friday night about 6. Server was great. Food was delicious!
