The service was great. Best fries in the world. Burger was a little undercooked but I ate it. I will most likely go back
The wait was shorter than they said, so that was good. All downhill from there. Service was beyond slow. Took waitress a long time to acknowledge us. Took forever to get food. Didn't get soup I ordered. Had to get another waitress for drink refill because our waitress disappeared. Waited for bill.
basically taste like Gourmet Burger King
We eat here frequently, and the food is always good. Tonight, there was a multi-car crash in the parking lot, and my car was involved. The manager found all of the involved cars' owners, and even took care of our mels, even though the restaurant had no fault in the accident. Wonderful customer service.
This place has great wraps and burgers, with a diverse menu; reasonably priced. It is noisey and plan on spending at least an hour, as the service is VERY slow. On weekends, there is usually a wait although you can call ahead or reserve online.
