I gone on 3 separate nights and find the staff caring, personable and efficient... The burgers are larger but we cut them in half and have a meal the next day... It's a great place to sit and chat while you munch on endless fries...
Outstanding meal with Great Friends and had a great waiter! Very happy and upbeat and thourgh!! Glasses were always full with a smile on his face!! Very pleasant and efficient young man!! Give him a raise!! 👍🏽👏🏽😋
Not my favorite place to go and good service is hit or miss, but we go because my son loves that he can get bottomless apples with his meal and the table game tablet is fun to do trivia as a family.
This was our second visit. (one of my surprises). Food was excellent. Logan was our server and very attentive. Loads of personality. Having been a server/mgr of a few restaurants I know what I'm looking for. It was a great experience and we will be back soon.
Service always seems to be lacking when we go to Red Robin. Slow refills and slow to check on my table. My daughter's mini corn dogs were nasty, the manager did apologize and removed them from the bill. And also think that if the hostesses spent less time on their phones they would learn to be better at their jobs.
It was a nice environment and enjoyable. Food was good brought most of it home though. The Cole slaw and wedgie burger are great.
Alway great food and friendly service 😉 And love the atmosphere!
