Excellent service.....seating time lengthy but to be expected on a Sunday evening....
I have been to this establishment on several occasions and have always had exceptional service, it's always clean, the food is absolutely wonderful and cooked perfect everytime. I will defiantly be back and I also refer this place to everyone I know. #hugefan
Food was good. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!! This was my first visit since my last bad ordeal. Let's just say I won't be trying this a 3rd time!!
Very very disappointed in the call ahead policy. We had a 2 1/2 month old with us so couldn't sit for over an hour waiting. So I thought I would call ahead for my son's 16th birthday. He chose Red Robin. So I called at 4:30 to say we would be arriving at 6 and explained why. I was told I can only call 15 minutes before arriving. So...I call back 15 minutes before arriving and was told it still would be over an hour because " other large groups came before us"!!!! Really??
