Unfortunately, I didn’t catch my waitresses name this evening, but I was at this location with 3 of my girlfriends tonight, one of which is severely disabled (wheelchair/non-verbal). Our waitress was more than accommodating, giving us extra napkins becuz eating can get messy, wetting napkins to help with clean up, bringing some fries out before our meals were ready cuz my disabled friend was very hungry, making it a point to speak to and look directly at said friend, etc. I work very hard to include my friend in “typical” ac... read more
Food was wrong and ever since BJs brew house went in next door service has gone down hill, hamburger was still goid but the service sucked !

Order a turkey burger . It was burned . Returned it to kitchen received another burger which like charcoal. Worst then first. Not happy. But was took off my check.
