A double order of Mac n cheese, came home and kitchen scale didn’t even hit a pound...No where near, and a bowl of clam chowder less than 8 ounces $21.37 + a $5.00 tip. Wouldn’t feed a mouse. Shame on you. Never again.
I usually like the Independence Red Robin. This time not so much. I knew that the trivia game on the table costs money to play but the husband did not. He said nowhere on it did it say he would be charged. It was only 1.99 but still. It aggravates me to be charged for something after the fact. The food was just ok. Don't think we will go back.
We were seated fairly quickly, and they aren't busy. But I sat for 15-20 with 2 toddlers who are ready to eat and I did not have a server show up after the hostess sat us. At least 3 other servers in the area who saw that we weren't being serviced and they said nothing to me to check on us or reassure our server was coming. I packed up my kids and left. The lack of service was very disheartening after driving 30 minutes to even come here.
Worst burger I've had in a long time. It was burnt and waaayyyy overcooked. No flavor and hard as a rock. Too bad. I was really looking forward to a juicy delicious burger. VERY disappointing.
Server Failed To Mention The Email Promo You Guys Were Having And We Purchased Gourmet Burgers With Fries Two Drinks & 2Alcoholic Drinks ,No Free Burger..Service Was Ok....
