I'll start off by saying the food itself was good. However, the service at the Red Robin Independence was terrible. Our waitress was too occupied with with the guests at the bar (this was at 3pm in the afternoon) You need to hire more help/bartender(s) to serve your guests. We had to ask another waitress for my mom's side of coleslaw and all of our silverware and napkins. Our waitress also took 5 mins or more to refill my husbands glass of coke. 30+ min wait on Fathers Day? There are dozens (I counted) empty tables all around the store while the entire lobby is full and people are standing around waiting. Even the bar is empty. Probably should make sure you have enough staff for a holiday and not have tons of empty tables collecting dust while everyone just sits in the lobby.
Thank you to the owners, managers and staff for recognizing us and thanking us with a FREE burger and fry meal on teacher and admin appreciation day. Even though the place was packed, food was good and friendly service...thank you, again! �
This was our first time at Red Robin, Chris (our waiter) was very friendly and explained everything to us. Our food was delicious and overall, we had a very nice time.
Fucking amazing!!! Red Robbins never disappoints besides not offering a dip for sweet potato fries that only con. A++++
The Red Robin in Independence was very poor last night. Got seated waited forever for the server to come take our drinks, food took way to long. It was just a bad time..�
Waited over an hour for food tonight, while other tables around us got their food with no issues. Apparently there were issues in the kitchen and the waitress was “probably overwhelmed.” I totally get that to an extent being a former waiter for five years, but all signs pointed to our order being forgotten and not sent to the kitchen, it just wasn’t told to us. We were seated fast but then waited 15 mins before we were greeted and then it went downhill from there. Even the manager was a waste of time no wonder the employees are too
