Called in an order at 7:54, advised it would be ready in 15 min. Husband arrives 10 min later only to wait an additional 40 min and still NO FOOD. However, he was asked several times what he was there for, if he needed to be seated, and the like. Long story short, left with no food. Great example of when treating the kids turns into a trick.
Very good! Burger was cooked just right. One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Our server was very attentive and courteous. Definitely going more often 👍🏽
Disgusting. Dirty plates with appetizers. Wrong food brought to table. Hair on my burger. Bathrooms and dinning room floor were trash. Filthy place
Always good service and smiling faces, plus the food is always great! I just love the onion rings!
The red robin on rockside is getting worse with each visit, which makes me sad because it is one of my favorite places. It has become so slow!! And the food is always cold! I hope things get better.
