Very pleasant service didnt get loaded fries but my burger free for birthday month
Red Robin needs to put quality control places in check if they're going to branch out into delivery services. Order was incorrect (like they never read my requests), food was cold, container wasn't even closed, and the item I did receive was burnt (to the point I couldn't cut the meat/bun without struggling). Called restaurant immediately and bartender was rude and unprofessional. She stated that they closed in 10 minutes and there was nothing she could do about it. Me and my son spent the day hanging out. We visited the Independence Red Robin. Our hostess Sharon is always pleasant and efficient. I ask for her everytime because I know the type of service we will receive. The food was fantastic as always!! Boneless wings with the buzz sauce and of course the Tavern burgers. Thanks Sharon for always making our dining experience fantastic!!
So good! Our server Tabitha was awesome! Took time to explain the menu and give advice on all the different burgers. She was friendly and the food arrived quickly and hot. Couldn't have had a better experience!

The staff here are the best! I come here almost every wednesday and have always had a pleasant experience! Love it!! This is by far my fav red robin!
The food was fantastic. I never have preferred sweet potato fries, however, Red Robin's were very tasty. The dipping sauces were great and the service was excellent. We will be back!
Service could have been better,Food was awful,I kept saying maybe cause we went close to 830 and they were ready to leave
