Poor management. I would highly discourage anyone from dining at this restaurant. If you are out to eat with your solider on family day I would look at other options. I saw families with their soldiers waiting for food for a very long time. This is our second time to eat at Red Robin and both times have been terrible experiences. Service is extremely poor and you will wait an incredibly long time to get your food or any refills. We will not be back until these problems have been addressed.
Matt is an awesome bartender and makes sure all our drinks and food are on point. Thank you again for an GREAT meal.
First time at red robin... Seated at 715pm it is now 826 still no food... Red robin there is no yumm because there is no food... Disappointed about to leave
I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant, our 15-20 minute wait turned into 45 minutes. We watched everyone else get seated but us. When I questioned of why they didn't just split our party of 8 up neither the hostess or manager gave us a good excuse. The manager told us 2 more minutes which turned into 10 minutes we finally just walked out. I was reminded of why it was two years since I had been here. Two years ago you served us under cooked burgers. Worst restaurant ever!
We sat for 30 mins before getting our appetizer, another 30 mins went by and still no food(all of this with our 5 year old). 2 other parties that were sat after us had already received their food and our sever didn't come to our table a single time until we told her we were leaving!! All the manager had to was was i understand, WEWILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
Food was great, our waitress was attentive and got out refills fast. Love coming to the Columbus, GA Red Robin
