This is like my 10th time coming to this Red Robbins, floors are dangerously slick every time I'm there, very slow service, and when i asked for well done, half was rare, French fries were cold and hard. Not going back!
Clean and service was good but I will request not to be seated next to kitchen area very loud and annoying to hear them talking and banging around
Great Burger and Great Service. Batman was amazing. Took very good care of us.
While we were excited to enjoy a delicious hamburger for dinner, the experience definitely left something to be desired. There was some awards ceremony taking up more than half of the dining room that caused very loud, obnoxious continuous outbursts. The fact that this is acceptable in a space such as this is concerning. It seemed extremely rude and inconsiderate of the other paying customers who chose to eat at your facility this evening. Bartender rocked the drink but had to wait quite a while on the waitress. Eventually had to get change from the bartender to leave on the table as I had to leave. It was not crowded either.
Bad service. Our meal came, while we were eating our appetizers. We ordered extra crispy fries. We got extra soggy. The manager was tools care of some of the issues.
This is the 3rd time we've been there. Drove from Auburn specifically to eat there. Their service is atrocious. The hostess was rude. There were only about 6 tables of customers and it took forever to get our food. Then we weren't asked if we wanted a refill. This is the last time we will go there!
