Don't know what it is about Red Robin but service is awful just went there after work to have a burger and a beer stood at the front for over 10 minutes building is not crowded and no customer service go figure...smdh
RecommendedSuper yummy! I also loved that there was comfortable seating for large families. The beer selection was on point, and the staff and management were very friendly. We’ll definitely be back.

I took my daughter to Red Robin for her birthday with the family and I was told the endless fries were suppose to constantly come. WRONG, theyre not only endless but you have to hunt down a waitress to get more. By the time they came everyone had finished their meals. Will not be returning, nothing but a bait to get you in.
Great food, but very slow service and overpriced. The women's restroom also needed to be cleaned.
Typically not a terrible "go to" place. My experience today was much less than pleasant. Not a busy day. A fair amount of customer's but not even close to packed. I ordered a well done burger. I can not eat pink beef. My burger came so bloody red I am still gagging at the thought. I am not sure but it was maybe the manager, came to our table to make some half ass excuse as to why..."it's Angus beef and it takes longer too cook".
