We were coming through Columbus to get back home a decided to stop and eat. The food was delicious, but the service was extremely slow. It wasn't that busy, so getting in and out shouldn't be a problem, but it was. Probably not coming back.
Recommendedwe would take our Mother we Loved the burgers and fries enjoyed the company and spending time with MaMa she passed away June 6 have not been back since my Twin and I have Birthday on the 17 maybe we can go then
I hate to complain because I went on my birthday, but the more I thought about it I did pay for other food. food took a while yo get out and when it did fries were over cooked, hard and cold and the burger was luke warm. But the worse part was probably the big piece of plastic I found in my first bite of the burger. been a while since we have been here, probably be a while before we come back. never had speedy service the several times I have been, lots of standing around and talking. plastic on bottom right corner of plate.
Nasty men's room no toilet paper, cold food, bad service. Never was brought refill on fries, took forever to get sweetener for tea (I asked for it when I ordered) and I was half through my cold burger when he brought me the mayonnaise for it. He was rude.
Seating was horrible just threw us anywhere. Booth was not clean. Waitress was absent had to ask twice for eating utensils and napkins. No bottomless fries. This was me and my wife fist and last time eating at Red Robins
Love red robin! Every time we come the staff is friendly and the food is amazing! Best chili cheese fries in town!!!!!!!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Great food and service!
