Super busy Saturday so I wasn't expecting great service but between the waitress and manager I was never left wanting. The food came out fairly quickly and hot. Best service I have had from a restaurant in a while. 5 stars!
The foods good but my burger was over cooked and the service was horrible.
We were there last night. Showed up at 7 pm and it took the waitress 20 minutes to show up and take our drink order. We told her we were in somewhat of a hurry now so we ordered right away. By 8 pm we still had no food, and we walked out leaving money for our drinks by 8:10 pm. This isn't the first bad experience we have had with this red robin. I would steer clear if you want good customer service. Josh Wolfe
Awful service. Have to wait way too much for refills or fries.
Service was horrible
I really enjoy the chicken sandwich with the pineapple on it. The Avocobbo salad is good too!
