Called in a to go order. I was told it would be 20-25 minutes. Got there at the 25 minute mark. No one would wait on me at the to-go side of the bar!!!! When someone finally acknowledged I was there, I was given the receipt and said food wasn't ready. Then 10 minutes later I was told the food hadn't even been started yet!!!! I was livid!!!!!
It is good, but ever since the ziosk thing was brought in, the place has become rather messy. There are a lot more tables that have dirty plates and baskets on them and it gives the appearance of being chaotic and just sloppy. On a side note the floor is not very clean either. The wait-staff is friendly, but there doesn't seem to be enough half the time. burgers are ok but the fries fall into the 3B category...barely warm, barely seasoned & barely cooked & greasy to boot...not a fan of fries unless they're fried crisp
I went there yesterday the food was fine but you will get better service at McDonald's during a lunch rush. They depend on there little table top waitress instead of someone coming out to help you.wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
The food is great and the service too, that's why I will always come back
It was pretty good i really enjoy it our waitress was pretty nice and kept our drinks coming btw not alochol
Would give no stars but can't the service was bad and they got the order wrong twice and the fix it the just scraped lettuce and mayo off and add cheese and then forget the avocado on the turkey avocado sandwich and then charged for the avocado and never checked on us to see if we were good or anything but would check in others next to us he was waiting too never going back
Horrible horrible service and everyone at my tables food was wrong. Highly dissapointed. Our server Luiz while we waited for service and food talked to another table for God knows how long. Never going back. Don't go here!
