My first time there, my BFF and her daughter. The food was amazing.
I really enjoy myself and the bartender did a really good job on my drink....
The worst went in with a party of 20 for a bday party and they gave us one waiter one ok sit us at 7 we didn't get are food until 9!!!! The food was Cold as hell and nasty will never good back.
First I got a burnt burger. After taking it back we go to the rest room to come back to our table been cleaned off. All we got was sorry we will make you more food. After waiting 45 minutes to even get to a table then 30 more minutes to get burnt food then 15 more minutes to get the food again. We got no discount what so ever. Poor customer service if you ask me!!
Took my husband for his birthday and our waitress was amazing...very friendly and on top of it...every time we have gone we have never had a bad experience..nothing but great things to say about them..
Our burgers were cooked perfectly and service was quick.
I went there today and had great food and good service as usual! The staff is amazing and going above and beyond while dealing with so many flooded out people who are hungry and short fused. Remember folks, they are still trying to support their families and may have suffered losses too!
I love Red Robin, especially the kids loved it. Thier Burger is so delicious and my favorite one is Banzai burger
