I went in yesterday to my local Red Robin in Fayetteville NC to take them up on their offer of a FREE burger of my choice for my birthday. My server, Megan, was very professional and attentive from the moment she approached my table until the very end of my visit as she cleared away my dishes and thanked me for stopping by. I was offered a "endless rootbeer float" during Megan's first trip to my table and because of that I decided on a coke float which I haven't had in years. Not as good as it used to be! Burgers are thinner than they used to be and the buns were different. Service was just okay. Wasn't impressed. I'd rather go back to Bubba's across the street!
First time the on Sunday with my children I will go again great service and food
Took my daughter there for lunch and had the most worst experience in a restaurant ever. Tea was hot, asked if they had any speacials after ordering a sweet tea, waitress asked on what, then she pointed to the $5 appetizers saying thats the lowest we have as if i couldnt pay for something more, bun on my burger was soggy from the greesy burger. I love the gourmet cheeseburger. It has a pickle relish that reminds me of my grandmother.
Always have a great meal when I dine out there and the waiters and waitress are always as nice as can be !.
Sorry service....when we FINALLY got seated (at a DIRTY table)....it was still a while before our waitress ever showed up!! We love Red Robin in Jacksonville but this was a terrible experience!!!
