They turn away families with children who have documented medical conditions who cannot wear a mask. We were flatly told that Red Robin doesn't care about medical conditions regardless of the situation. We will never return.
this restaurant is breaking law in North Carolina by trying to say that somebody would have medical condition cannot enter the restaurant without a mask they legally cannot ban you from the restaurant was a medical condition what they're doing it anyway

cant get enough of this place!!!
They can bring back the Voodoo fries. We just found out you don't have them on the menu anymore. We are sad to say we are not going back because of this. I will miss the burgers but will miss the Voodoo fries the most.
