RecommendedFast and friendly service. Never had an issue
Our waiter was very nice. The bathroom needed cleaning, the floor was sticky. The water in the bathroom was only hot to wash my hands for some reason. The food was great!! I’m so glad they are enforcing the mask wearing, I know it is hard to do.
great burger and fries. everything came out super hot and the side salad was good as well.

So I just went to Red Robin’s in Mooresville I was asked if I have a mask I said no I have asthma and can’t breathe with them I was told that it doesn’t matter and they don’t care I can’t come in without one I said that makes me exempt by the order and I can prove i has asthma I was told they don’t care I said good bye I was going to mess the whiskey bbq burger So I’ll never go back if this is how you are treated
DOES NOT RESPECT ADA LAWS AGAINST DISCRIMINATION. If you are medically exempt according to the Governor’s executive order, do not waste your time here. It’s quite sad as we’ve been regular customers for years. The whole family had masks but myself. I’m clearly physically challenged, including using a handicapped placard. I offered to go sit in the car so my husband and son could still celebrate. Unfortunately, the guys decided it best to take our loyalty and our money elsewhere where we are welcomed. No wonder this place is EMPTY. They just turned us away for having a medical condition and refused to wear a mask. We will never be back. This is discrimination!
