We went to Red Robin in Greensboro, NC (Highwoods Blvd. Location) on Saturday, March 17th around 7:30pm. I have been to RR before and never had any problems, However, a friend that was with us, It was his first time at RR and he was excited to try the amazing burgers and BOTTOMLESS fries..We asked our server for 2 fry refills, they never came, boxes came out and the check, and still no bottomless fries. One of my favorite things about Red Robin is the bottomless fries with my entree. The fries were not good this time, over fried and tasteless. Sad that one of my favorite features ruined my meal.
The service was welcoming and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious! Can't wait to return and try more items on the menu!
