The bartender John is the man, very polite, professional, and friendly.
The Red Robin on Ford Road in Detroit has a great staff and as always the food is good! My husband, our son and I were having dinner. They had burgers and I had a Cobb Salad which was perfectly made. Hats off to the chef. Our waiter was wonderful as well! We will return!
I loved it. The service was ok we were seat by the bar so the bar tender had to wait on us she did as good as she could being the bar tender. The freckled lemonade with patron was the truth....
Came for our daughters birthday. Told the waitress 3x and no one came out to sing happy birthday. you would have gotten a great tip if you did your job. asking for more fries was a chore.
It was terrible my burger was dry like saw dust my waitress had a bid cold sore on her lip. It was awful the burger was nasty it was my first time at Red Robin and definitely the last!!!!11.$ for a it should be delicious.
Service on the one on Ford rd was terrible and food was nasty. Not just 1 employee was rude, about 4 if them were rude.
