RUDE MANAGEMENT!!!! I think they need a new manager. I tried to talk with Mr.Goggins the manager (thats the name he gave me) about a consern I had. He was rude and spoke to me with such disdain as if I were bothering him. We will not be back!!!
Debra was super friendly. Food was okay but I ordered My burger well done and I saw Plenty of pink. I hate That! Service was fast. Donuts were good. Drink was perfect. Overall 4/5 for them making the burger how they wanted to rather than specifically how I ordered It.
The food was good but the service was Horrible. Will not go back to this location on Ford rd in Dearborn again!
I love Red Robin's however I will not be going to this location. After reading some of these reviews. Madison Heights is the best location.
OMG! That Banzi burger with grilled pineapple is heaven on earth! Plus the spicy sweet and sour sauce to dip your fries.����
