We had a special experience at the red robin in Michigan. Ted ( I assume the owner/ manager) came to our table and did 3 magic tricks with us. We were spending the weekend away from home. The kids Really got a kick out of it. It's something we will remember forever. Also, our food and service were really good as well.
We went there on a Friday night it was not very busy and we waited 30-45 minutes just to be acknowledged and then another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back and take our drink and food order.
We didn't get the other half of our order and we didn't even get utensils to eat with also my drink was horrible but our waiter was a sweetheart just a lil busy to remember the rest of our food and utensils 😒
I love Red Robin, however, the Dearborn location was horrible Saturday. It took over an hour to be seated even though we had reservations. Then once we ordered, our drinks came with our meals smh. On top of that, the waitress kept forgetting things and was moving way to slow. She even forgot to put in one of our orders. The food was good and made correctly which is a plus for them. Overall, we still had a good time.
I love the burgers but I seriously wish you guys could use new oil to fry the mini donuts because this is the 3rd time they end up tasting like onions, because they are always horrible.
First time there and Everybody was great and the good was good too. Will be back.
Our waitress was the best it's been awhile that I've found that our waitress was so good and enjoyed her job. Love her
Pretty gross, had the Ensenada chicken and it was covered in a gross sauce, just excessive. Couldn't eat it. Had to get fries instead. 2 out of the 3 people I was with ordered well done burgers that came out medium at best. Long wait for sub par food. Spoke with the manager who gave the fries free of charge but didn't take the chicken off the bill. Won't go back.
