First it took almost 15 minutes to get our drinks after we ordered them. We had to keep asking for someone's refill on bottomless beverages after being empty for almost ten minutes between drinks. We asked for refills and had to wait another 5-10 minutes before we got them.And bottomless fries? Waitress never brought any other than what came with our meals, never even gave us the chance to ask for more either before bringing the check and not coming back again before we left. First time in my life I didn't tip. My burger was wrong told waitress I was done after 3 bites. She didn't seem to care. Don't go to the Muskegon, mi red robin
We had an hour before we had a soccer game tonight. We order and waited and waited it was 32 minutes and still had no food. Buy the time we told our waitress we cancel our order it was 38 minutes and people behind came after us and got food. So we will NOT be back

Watching a whole tray of food sit under a heat lamp for 15+ minutes is unacceptable to me. Then to watch the manager straight up avoid a customer who wished to speak to her, was quite mind blowing. We were told by the waitress"Im sorry for the wait, the burgers are a little behind" only to have them cold when they arrive to the table (45 minutes after ordering) Manager on shift Monday night at 6pm needs to be replaced.
We were so disappointed today. My husband, daughter, and myself went in for dinner. We were seated promptly by a friendly hostess. Then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. A server never even showed up to ask us what we wanted to drink or say hello. We left after 25 minutes of being ignored. It was terrible and I don't plan on returning.
