Ordered no tomato got tomato, bottomless fries were almost to the point they were burnt. Overall service was poor.

Great atmosphere great food good service and family oriented it was our first time ever at a red robins thank you very much enjoyed ourselves and definitely will be back next time we're in the area!
I normally love red robin but our waitress was horrible asked for fries never got them. Three of us had freckled lemonades asked for then to go and she only.borough two smh
Burgers taste like soybeans it was quite disappointed
We had the tower of onion rings and they were hot and yummy! Our grand daughter had chicken strips and fries and loved them and the house made ranch dipping sauce. We had the Smoke and Pepper and the Southern Charm Burger. The Pepper Bacon was not strongly pepper flavored and my husband said it was great. I had the Southern Charm and I found it was a bit too sweet. It was cook the way we requested and the food was hot. The server did a great job.
So my wife and I show up tonight to try and have a much needed date night and when we get there we both have to use the bathroom. My wife comes out and says the bathroom is nasty tells the waitress quietly that the restroom is completely fu#&ing nasty. The manager comes and tells use not to use foul language at treats us like kids. I ask my wife how bad it was and she tells me there were bloody tampons and pads everywhere.
