So went into Red Robins in Roseville today, was there with my wife and our four children ages from 1 - 10 years old. On a Friday night you'd think it would take for ever to be seated but with in 5 minutes we had a table and drinks. The waitress was absolutely amazing took our orders fast and friendly, refills on drinks and fries as often as we needed, and she always had a smile. She helped to make this a great night out for us. I ,my daughter and her friend Eddie really enjoy ourselves! Food was delicious, hot and just as we ordered. The waitress was very helpful and polite. Thanks 4 a nice atmosphere on a cold night!
Just waited over 20 minutes more past "order will be ready " time and was given a very incorrect order. If this wasn't one of few places with gluten free buns, I'd stop going due to number of wrong orders I have had.
The royal burger is really good. One of my favorite
Service was slow , drinks watered down , old cheese on burger and about 10 fries on plate good luck getting more has been 45 min for a refill
Since ive been sitting here all my party all 12 of them ate their food i have still not gotten mine , the service is so much better at the red robin on hall road i want my meal comped for this.
