Absolutely HORRIBLE service! 35 minutes for our food, the manager offered my children "fries" to tide them over...how about you go help in the kitchen, run food, help your staff instead of sitting at a table talking! And this is the sign my 7 yo was reading as we were coming out of the restroom! TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE for a family restaurant! Marijuana leaves and bleeped out swear words! Nice we will NEVER be back!
Alecia needs to be let go. She would rather talk to her homies at the table next to ours. Literally sitting at their table having a conversation while me and my family are out of drinks. Next time i will find a place far north of hall road to take my family to eat.
Order "fresh fruit" instead of fries. First one came out with a long hair in it. Second one came out on a plate with chocolate sauce on it. Really? Not to mention there isn't one piece of "fresh" fruit in it. They all came from a can!
