Good food and great service! Food came out fairly quickly for being so busy!
Visited Red Robin 11/16/16 for my son's 5th birthday and the service we received was terrible. We didn't receive silverware until after our food came out. My son's milkshake took way too long to come out. I ordered a special drink from the insert menu and it was nothing like described. When I brought it to my servers attention he seemed as if he was annoyed that I said anything. I asked for a refill on the bottomless fries, twice before anything was brought out to me. My son had an interview this morning after eating here last night. Last night he spoke with a wonderful young woman that invited him to apply on the spot and then advised him to come interview when they opened today at 11 a.m. My son just called at 11:30 and said a man interviewed him. First, he refused to shake my son's hand then proceeded to tell him someone interviewed right before him and got the job. The old decor & theme was way better;it was friendlier & had a more upbeat atmosphere. Now it's kind of dull. Portions are smaller & prices are higher. JUST OK-- & not my top pick anymore.
