We were very impressed by the excellent service we received from Jordan #1 at the Roseville, MI restaurant! The choices of burgers and wraps is excellent and the onion rings are truly a delight for the taste buds!
We've been back 3 times in the past month after not having been there in over a yr & each time we went back it seem to have gotten worse & worse! Floors were filthy, had to send food back twice cuz it was cold, & under cooked almost every time! After goin back for 3rd time thinkin it'll get better, we are now thinkin 3 strikes & your out! The sad part of it all, the Staff is extremely nice & so is the Manager, but they seriously need to fire their Chef's & bring new one's in! The food was fine, but my daughter fell on the ice in the parking lot on her way in and hurt her knee pretty badly and ripped her pants, and although the hostess was concerned, there was no acknowledgement from the management. We aren't looking for anything free, but it would have been nice if a manager would have just stopped by the table to see if she was Ok.
Poor service- 12/19 we went for my son's 9 th bday. Not busy at all and 4 workers walked by with out acknowledging us. we always get the tablet for allergy menu. Server insisted she didn't have anything so I had her go ask. My son can't eat the dessert given and all he wanted was the bday song she forgot 3 times we actually were already paid and almost leaving before they came and sang. Poor service! We usually love coming here but definitely discouraged for future visits!
Great atmosphere good food and we loved the bottomless fries
Last night was the worst service ever! My mother's food was wrong, a friend's food was wrong and the meat was overcooked, and my 3 year old son didn't even get his food. Then when my mother finally got her food the second time. They served her cold fries and a microwave hamburger on the right bun. When she finally got her food all the way right we were there 2 and a half hours. So she took it to go and ate it at home. And all they could do was discount our bill and give us a gift card. Very good burgers and fries. Cheese sticks were great. Server was friendly, helpful and polite.
ALL GOOD!!! GIVE OUR WAITRESS A 'RAISE' SOON ... FRENCH ONION SOUP , AND FISH SANDWICH ....
