I was so exited to have Red Robin I live 4 hrs away, I ordered my food and the egg on my burger was not cooked the egg white was super running and slimy which completely soaked my bun it was disgusting and I couldn’t eat it. Also found a hair in our chicken wings we told the waiter about it and he didn’t do anything so we paid and left my bill was 49.23 and I didn’t even get to eat and we did NOT get bottomless fries I had 11 little fries and my husband had about 6... I love Red Robin but this was by far the worst experience
Over all it was a pretty good experience. I don't normally go to this location just because it's so busy but we got seated pretty fast. I did ask for a side of fries and they never showed up but she didn't put them on my bill either so I guess it wasn't too big of a deal.
I was disappointed In my mushroom burger. No flavor at all. And my fries were room temp at best. I usually have goid food & service but not last night.
Always a great experience when I'm there. Excellent staff.
Was good but my waiter was pretty bad at hearing what I was saying I had to correct him all night
Amazing! My son-n-law had his first Long island iced tea in the bar,he was tipsy by the time we got back to our table. Nuff said...
Well normally love this place. But today my popping purple lemonade was not tasting so good. I was disappointed that thay did not offer to take it off my bill. I did not drink it or the replacement that gave me.
