Had a terrible experience tonight. Restaurant was not busy and server was not attentive. Drink was never re filled, 3 bucks for a glass of coke?! Out of straws which putting my mouth on a public use glass is certainly not necessarily preferred. Asked for a side of dressing, never received it. Son asked for a refill on Mac and it took an incredibly long time, one onion ring on the stack was dried and shriveled. Sad to see a family fav like this but highly disappointed.

The fried pickle chips were the best I’ve ever had! I would love a big bag of them! I asked for no pink on my burger which I got, but it was a little more done then I wanted. Oh well i guess.

Arrived for a date night with the hubby, we were seated right away in the back at a table for two it was nice and clean. Service was not fast but not slow either. Food was hot and delicious. Our drinks were amazing. Red Robin does not disappoint. We will be back, as usual.
Food was OK. Service? Not so much! No offers to refill drinks or to get another Cosmo. No offer to refill fries.
A one only because I had to. I quit going to the one by my home because it became poor service and even worse food. But since out of town and those that I was with wanted to go for burgers, I agreed. I was hoping that because it was out of town that the service and food would be better, but it wasn't. I will NEVER recommend "Red Robbin" nor enter one again .
