I went for lunch with a friend at 11am 11/16/2018 and I couldn't tell if the wait sraff was clueless, snarky or incompetent. they didn't know about the national coupon that's going on and handed us hungry people the second burger to go. just kinda awkward. good food and they were attentive though. also the hostess even though i said my friend was frind was bigger then me was still offered a small booth. I'm 6'1" 240 lbs. I don't want anyone to get fired just to be aware.

I have been going to Red Robin for over 40 years...service is always terrific. As a vegetarian for 23 years I would expect a Burger only place to keep up with good veggie patties. We had a mediocre patty that they make themselves, nice that they make it, too bad it isn't very good. With Beyond Beef and the Impossible burger making many people happy, why don't you offer your homemade one or for a higher charge a really good one? We won't be back until we know this has changed.
