I ordered food tonight and I would assume that during these times if a restaurant wanted to earn your business as takeout they would put a little more time and effort into making it a nice experience. This was definitely NOT that!! The burgers were sloppy and thrown together. And we ordered some cookies for desert for like $6.99 and there was only ONE cookie delivered. Ordered takeout thru door dash and set a pickup time for 4:30. Picked up order at 4:30 drive straight home. 10 minutes. Food was ice cold. Cheese congealed on the burgers. Not supporting them anymore during the shutdown!!
Didn’t receive half my order via door dash. I called to see if they would fix it and they refused. My bag also came looking like this... so disappointed.
Red Robin is a great place for families to go to. Kids can get balloons, and the food is great. Service is great too.
