It was horrible... I ordered a wrap and the chicken was very bland.when they brought out the next one all they did was add an extremely large amount of bbq sauce to it.. I tried eating it and the tortilla was so stale tasting and the chips in it where stale as well... I’ve been going to this Red Robin for over five years now and it’s always hit or miss, but yesterday was the best it’s been so far!!!!
No pink please and bam under cooked burger AGAIN � come on this has happened to me the last three times I been there
Only disappointment was we went to use my son's free birthday burger. And they couldn't figure out why it wasn't coming up. Apparently they have to be able to pull it up rather than just using the email I had (which said "print this email and bring it with you for your free birthday burger"). So I did. They wouldn't give me the free birthday burger and just "Sorry, maybe you can use it next time" Was a little disappointed. But the burgers were pretty good. Just wasn't expecting to pay double what I thought I was going to.
The wait for our food was way too long! Also a misunderstanding on a coupon offer that was over looked by the waitress! Could have been much better!!!
