We eat here atleast once a week usually in the bar and the service is amazing but 2x in the last month we sat in the restaurant and not only has the service completely sucked but so did the food. We spend a ton of time in the gym so are always starving when we get there after lifting. Last night my husband ordered his normal burger in a lettuce wrap with a little pink.... well last night im pretty sure they barelt browned the outside as the inside was luke warm. We will NOT visit again unless its in the bar!!!!
I love this place the only thing I don't like what I experienced today. Today a group of girls came in with about 5 kids and raked up a bill over 100.00 dollars and had the poor waitress running all over the place. As soon as both waitresses were out of the area they took off not paying. I was told now they have to pay it all back or get written up I think that is baloney it was totally out of her control. Server was awesome! They were really busy and you never would of known it. We received our food faster then we would of thought and it was great!
On May 7th I brought in a party of 12 for my daughter's college graduation. I was worried that we would have to wait a while for a table with that many and no reservation, but our hostess got us seated on the patio in a very short time. Our Server and the Manager were so helpful moving umbrellas around so we could be in the shade. Horrible service! Waiter dumped sauce all over my moms jacket and food was cold! Will never go back. Hostesses was such a bitch I could of slapped the smirk right off her face. That Red Robin has gone so down its very sad. So thank you for ruining my boyfriend birthday. Oh and they forgot to sing to him and as we were leaving brought out hot fry’s and his ice cream. Just all around a horrible experience.
Was taken there for a surprise birthday dinner and there was 13 of us on Saturday evening of Mother's day weekend and they were packed! We were seated after about 15 minutes and our server was right on top of it. Got drinks right away and order was taken soon after. Understandably, our food took a little time but it all came out hot and together. Our endless fry and drink refills were done when needed and the very busy staff took the time to sing Happy Birthday with smiles on their faces. Had a wonderful time!
