We have never had bad service at any time and we have been in to eat lunch sometimes but usually go out for dinner instead. We also love your blue moon milkshakes and your new burgers are amazing! The pretzel bites are delicious!
I love this place the only thing I don't like what I experienced today. Today a group of girls came in with about 5 kids and raked up a bill over 100.00 dollars and had the poor waitress running all over the place. As soon as both waitresses were out of the area they took off not paying. I was told now they have to pay it all back or get written up I think that is baloney it was totally out of her control. Always have a great experience here! My brother and I have the same birthday month, so we go get our free burger. It's probably literally my favorite to do on my birthday. My brother is always nice enough to wait until it's my birthday ( his is the 3rd and mines the 10th) to have it with me. So thank you Red Robin for giving me that happy tradition I get to share with him!
Server was awesome! They were really busy and you never would of known it. We received our food faster then we would of thought and it was great!
On May 7th I brought in a party of 12 for my daughter's college graduation. I was worried that we would have to wait a while for a table with that many and no reservation, but our hostess got us seated on the patio in a very short time. Our Server and the Manager were so helpful moving umbrellas around so we could be in the shade. Horrible service! Waiter dumped sauce all over my moms jacket and food was cold! Will never go back. Hostesses was such a bitch I could of slapped the smirk right off her face. That Red Robin has gone so down its very sad. So thank you for ruining my boyfriend birthday. Oh and they forgot to sing to him and as we were leaving brought out hot fry’s and his ice cream. Just all around a horrible experience.
We love Red Robin! We always sit in the bar and aim for "linner" time, 3-ish. Our server Nicole is super attentive and we never have to wait for refills. She has great food suggestions and substitutions. We are always happy when she's our server. The loyalty program is great too. That's what motivated us to come in this past weekend, an email for double points �
Ordered a mixed drink and waiter looked st me like I was crazy. Switched my order to s Mai Tai and it was a syrupy disaster couldn't drink it. When we finally ordered and got out food everything was just Luke warm. The waiter kept patting my arm. Worst meal in a long time
