Yes usually but last night it was not a very good experience. we were sitted and then waited for over 30 mins till I got up and sternly asked to see our waiter.....and then she came and said she was not told that we were in her area!!!! i was appalled at this behavior. dont make excuses! its a great place to go with kids. I left as soon as soon as my food arrived and the waitress asked my dgtr, if everything was OK??? yeah NO... so they did comp our meal....not the first time we have had issues with the staff!
Disappointed I couldn't get my free burger for my birthday since their computers were down. Fortunately someone in my party helped me pay for my meal.
Always love Red Robin, whether we are visiting Spokane, Washington or at home in Tallahassee, Fl.
Good service and food great staff
I usually enjoy coming to Red Robin, tonight was kind of different my family. We understood it was a Friday night and things were a little bit busy but the orders should have been coming out right. My child ordered the chicken strips and shrimp and she only received the chicken. My order a bacon cheeseburger and the meat on my burger was so pink, it look like it was missing fur and that's it and it just browned the outside the meat.
