Waiter wasn't on top of things like they normally are at Red Robin. Slow on drink refills. Still would recommend the place. Food was great.
Great burgers, but the 7 dollar shrimp appetizer is crap. All of their other breaded items are hand battered. But the shrimp or not comma when I tried to pull the shrimp out of the basket all I got was a pinch of the breading and the shrimp would not come out horrible shrimp
We had a wonderful evening. No wait and quick service. Jourdan was a great server and we left very full! Love those sweet potato fries!
Upon my arrival I almost shit my pants. The service on this night gave me hot flashes and I do not enjoy that. Please preach the importance of customer service.
boooo! we woke up early on my birthday day to look up somewhere that does a free burger on your birthday. why do you guys even advertise that you do free burgers on your birthday if you don't offer them. ps the service was awful.
I love Red Robin, always great food and this time was no exception; and our server Josh was great :)
