No refills fries drinks, appetizer came with food
We frequently visit this certain Red Robin location and I have to say every single time we have been blessed with wonderful waiters who have been so patient while our younger kids yell over us lol. As a matter of fact we had a big party there last night and the waitress Was magnificent! And our food is always hot and tasty! Great atmosphere and wonderful staff! And the manager is wonderful!! Great job guys!!!!
Could be better... The food quality is consistent. And service, while pleasant, is borderline efficient. They should remove the credit card, etc tabletop gadgets from service... Electronic gadgets are a very poor substitution for customer contact...
I just got back in town from being out of state for a week. Stopped her for dinner, was seated right away. The server came over and asked if it would be ok if he came right back. He had a large table and was getting them their food. After he walked back to the kitchen 2 others including a manager came by to see if everything was ok. We came in after a movie, stood for about 5 minutes, waiting and finally got seated. It felt like they couldn't get us out fast enough. And alot of salt
Took my son there for is 17th birthday. He likes to go there every year. But this will be the last one. Food was cold and service was terrible.
Service is horrible, food is not even that great, and we have never got our order correct. Don't waste your money
