Very disappointing been going there for years but the establishment is getting worse and worse . The floors are riddled with food there are sticky the tables are dirty and the bathrooms are very disgusting !
there was no problem with friendliness. but even after we ordered we waited for over an hour. only got food when I asked why we hadn't been served.some of us were tired. we were all hungry. and baby was getting fussy and cranky. no fun. only thing good about it was that I was with my wonderful family.
This Red Robin has absolutely terrible service, Serves cold soggy food that has sat in the window for hours, rarely brings back any of the bottomless fries that they’re so proud of, and the manager does nothing to make it better. I have watched him check in inventory while his waitresses stand and chat and look at their phones right beside him, all the while customers are sitting and waiting for their food or drinks or just to be acknowledged.
Have to Monroe location tonight there wasn't a hostess at the front greeting location for 5 minutes as I was watching people leave the restaurant. No manager no nothing. I had it to go order Otherwise I would have left as well
We waited for almost an hour for our food to arrive, the fries were soggy and my salad wasn't that great. Since we waited so long the kids drank all of their beverages so we asked for water .. the waitress promptly forgot the water.
We went on a Wednesday around 12:25 not busy at all. We had a very basic order and yet we didn't get our food for an hour. The order was messed up and our waitress ignored our table. We turned on the call server button and she just ran by and said our food was coming shortly. Didn't bother to reset the call server light. Also ignored us asking for water that took another 30 minutes. Other patrons came in after us and got their food was able to pay and leave before we got ours.
I haven't been here in years but yesterday a friend and I decided to stop in for lunch just a few minutes after they opened. Our waitress, Dina, was amazing. She went above and beyond and had such a great personality.
