Awful Bad service and my dinner was cold and awful
Last night we took our daughter her for her birthday, 6 of us. Waitress took our order for drinks , which took around 20 minutes to receive . No water or table settings . After about 45 minutes we got our burgers. I was told mine had gotten cold so they were going to make me another one . 5 minutes later I got my dry tasteless , believe microwaved hamburger that tasted like shoe leather . Our fries were cold and never offered more . Still waiting on water that was never received. Complained to waitress who spoke with the man... read more
Poor service every time. Kid got a milkshake with no straw or spoon to drink/eat with. I got a fancy new margarita and only after couple of sips it was all gone and I was left with glass full (not exaggerating) of ice. That's like $4 a sit. Cheating customers out of their hard earned money. Daughter's mac and cheese was cold and had to be reheated. I have yet to receive good service, but I go because my kids ask me to.
Three was three of seated then had to wait 15 minutes for waitress to acknowledge us. Our Neibor told the waitress we needed help. We ordered an appetizer and it didn't come out untill the same time as two of our meals. My meal was wrong and had to send it back to be fixed. My meal came back and sat for ten minutes before before the third meal came out. They forgot the au jus sauce we had asked for it again and when they brought it out it was cold like straight out of the refrigerator cold. When the bill came we paid it and ... read more

Best place to take the kids! They love it and I enjoy their yummy burgers and drinks! Always friendly service!
