long wait for table (30 minutes at 1pm), 1/2 the dining room was empty. server didn't know we were in her area but when she did she was great. Food took half hour to get to us. tablet was out of paper so we couldn't pay our bill. complained to 3 different people all said it wasn't there job. sad because RR was our favorite now we aren't sure if it is worth coming back

I will NEVER cone back again! What poor service and unfriendly servers. I hope you lose your job! I am calling corporate! Zero stars for my visit if I could!
Always yummy food and my waitress was exceptional. I love this place!
Ordered to go. Clearly stated that there was an “allergy alert” and they gave the wrong item to my child whom has a severe allergy. Then the manager got mad at me when I tell her that my child may end up at children’s hospital because of their incompetence. When I told her that I will be contacting corporate, she tells me that I’m threatening her. No threat, simply stating my next course of action. This Red Robin is horrible. The manager has no customer service skills.
Been a regular for years, but today was my last visit.� First, order beverages, but when delivered- was told they no longer offer straws because they are bad for environment (as if a restaurant & a parking lot full of cars isn't). Might be nice to warn people at time of order- so those of us with sensitive teeth can change order! I took a little walk through bar, & spotted a whole box of straws! Used to be able to sit in the bar, order some take out, watch some sports. New policy now makes you order and sit in the waiting area.Terrible idea management.
First time I’ve ever been this disappointed.i feel they forgot about us and didn’t care because we didn’t have a huge order.and bottom less fries yah rite.
Probably one of the worst visits i have had to the place. Service was terrible especially for mothers day. Waiter basically forgot everything we asked for. Took forever to get served. No follow up after service. Just a bad experience all around.
