Our family has not had a good experience there in years. It is a night and day experience compared to other Red Robin’s in the area. Extremely slow service, poor quality of food (even for RR), constant inaccuracies in order taking, don’t even get me started on how disgusting the kids food is!!! This restaurant is in need of new training and probably new leadership. We will not be returning unfortunately.
It's pathetic that the fries are thicker than the crispy chicken that comes on the chicken burger. Definitely a waste of money.
First experience was on 10/31/18. Waiter left the restaurant after taking our order, the bartender had to take over and was super rude about it and rudely told us he would be with us in a few minutes. Then he took forever to get the check and again was rude about it as if we were inconveniencing him. Tonight 1/18/19 ordered a well done Burger and it came out pink and this is after a long wait and having my personal space invaded by staff twice as they sang happy birthday loudly next me, twice. All around great place whenever I come here ! Recommend to anyone who hasn’t tried this place it can have some heavy wait times but is definetly worth the time,money and food ! Thank you Red Robin Friends!
